In order to fully empower the lies of her constituents, Councilor BH partnered with TEVSA-PHIL, Inc., which is an association of more than 100 Technical-Vocational schools that provides training in different courses. A SCHOLARSHIP FAIR was held on May 18, 2009 in partnership with TESDA to match the Scholarships available for each school and its course to the students looking for scholarships. This is the first time such a fair was held and it became very successful. The following scholarships were distributed on that day:
