Partnerships with Government Departments and Agencies
Bagong Henerasyon also worked closely with pertinent agencies of both the local and national government; the Public Employment Services Office for job placements of its trainees and other individuals; the Department of Labor and Employment for the SKILLISTA, which aims to identify the skills of the constituents in each barangay as well as on-line job placements for them; the Task Force Sikap Buhay for micro-financing where 27 Micro-financing Centers were established and 1,232 struggling women entrepreneurs were given seed money for small scale business; and the Department of Interior and Local Government for the training on entrepreneurship and business planning of 435 out-of-school youths with seed money that were able to establish 64 small business.
