 In order to address the Reproductive Health needs especially of women and children, Bagong Henerasyon ensures that there is a regular conduct of information dissemination and RH services such as free pap-smear, breast and prenatal examination, and counseling and consultation in the community. In partnership with the QC Council on Population, more than 7,000 students were given Adolescent Reproductive Health Information through the Teen Mobile Center and other RH trainings and seminars. The project is a resource center on wheels that provides IEC reading materials, interactive learning, film-showing and counseling on Adolescent reproductive health in all public high schools of Quezon City. By advocating on the issue of ARH, particularly on the high-risk behavior of adolescents, the TMC aims to catalyzing all stakeholders within the schools to institutionalize a school based Adolescent Health and Youth Development (AHYD) Centers by organizing the students into Teen Clubs, capacitating guidance councilors and other teachers, and training a pool of peer councilors.
