Bagong Henerasyon Foundation, Inc. is a non-stock, non-profit, non-government organization that has been giving free computer training since August 2001 when it established its first community-based training center in Barangay Bahay Toro.

A year later, a grant from Aus-Aid PACAP, marked the launching of the first Computer School-On-Wheels in the country allowing them to train students right at the very doorstep. This paved the way for another grant from APEC Digital Opportunity Center in Taipei that enabled the foundation to teach computer skills to persons with disabilities.
